Pavilion entries have now closed. The ladies have been busy in the pavilion arranging all the paperwork and setting everything up ready for exhibits to arrive in the morning.
Exhibits must be tabled before 10am (we’ll be there around 8.15am).
**Entries close at 12pm today, so get in to the Show Office at Border Vet Clinic this morning.**

It has been all hands on deck this week in preparation for the Show. The pavilion has had a top to tail clean and is gleaming. The grounds (including pavilions, grounds etc) have also had a makeover and are ready for the big day. Thanks to the willing band of workers who contributed the many hours to get the grounds up to scratch, you have done a wonderful job!
Kids’ art work has been judged. The judges and assistants flew through this job in record time.
Great to see lots of entries flowing in, but we are always happy to see more!
Entries close at 12pm on Thursday, 18th March.
Sorry, the junior section of the art and craft has closed and will be judged on Wednesday. If you don’t want a disappointed child, we will still accept your exhibit for display only.
Today is the last day for junior art and craft entries (section P). Entries and exhibits must be in to the show office by 4pm today.
Note: Show office closes at 4pm.
Late entries will be displayed at the show, but won’t be judged.
The junior entries for section P (handcraft and art) will close on Tuesday, 16th March.
Entry fee for the juniors is only $0.20c.

The show office opens on Friday, 12th March. Opening times each day are 9am-1pm then 2pm-4pm. The show office is located at Border Vet Clinic and we thank Jason and the team for allowing us to use the spare office and fill it with people!

Memberships can be paid at the show office this week. Member cards must be presented at the gate. No card and you will need to pay at the gate.
